Here’s just one example of what I described as “devastatingly and embarrassingly laggy” on my Pixel 2 XL.

And it happens all the time and not to just the Camera (the Camera is just an example).

Marques Brownlee’s examples with animations were very tame compared to the crap I deal with.

When your camera takes 10 seconds to load, then switching to video takes another 10, and then when you take the actual video, it records lag onto the video, you just want to smash the thing in.

Legitimately a really horrifying future, a pure dystopia actually!

But guys, stay calm and save your garden forks for something else! The reality shown here is just a basis for something that will become a reality in less than 20 years from now. But the concept that we will use will be something very far from this.

It will be much cleaner, showing you less information overflow, much more intelligent and safer (thank you, quantum computer encryption!).

And it will actually enhance our lives in pretty much every way. There won’t be much ads as well.
